Had a fantastic time with friends! Our spacious suite was perfect for hanging out and enjoying each others' company. We caught a concert downtown and checked out a local festival during our stay. The complimentary breakfast was great, especially the omelette station.

The happy hour was a bit disappointing due to the long lines at the bar, which could use more staff.

The hotel provided complimentary snacks available in the lobby area, which was a nice touch.

The shower drain in my room was clogged, causing inconvenience during my stay.

The reasons I’m conflicted

Check-in was smooth, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The separate living area in our suite made early mornings easier. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared.

Our room struggled with temperature control, staying uncomfortably warm despite requests for assistance. Cleanliness also fell short, with hair and used items left behind by housekeeping.

Our recent stay had its ups and downs. While the room was clean and the staff was friendly, we faced challenges with noise levels from neighboring rooms and breakfast shortages. Despite the hiccups, the location was convenient, making trips to local attractions easy. With a bit of improvement, it could be fantastic!

The hotel is in a great location, perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Sky Safari. Breakfast was a standout, with a fantastic buffet that's sure to please everyone, especially two teenage kids. The staff was accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

My kids wished for better supervision during emergencies. It would be great if they improved their safety protocols for families.

The two-room suite was spacious, which was great for separating sleeping and lounging. The bedding was super comfy, and I loved that there were a lot of electrical outlets. However, the temperature control was frustrating—couldn't really cool the room down. It felt a bit stuffy, which made it hard to sleep well. On top of that, we had an issue with cleaning service that didn't show up when we requested it.
